On 26th March 2019, our guest speaker Duncan Harvey, Country
Director of Save the Children Zambia, gave an eye-opening speech about the Situation
of children in Zambia.
Save the Children has been working in Zambia since 1989, implementing assistance and development programs. Save the Children is working towards the achievement of a global mission on inspiring breakthroughs in the way the world treats children and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.
In his presentation he covered several aspects concerning children, e.g.,Demography and Living Conditions, Poverty, Nutrition, Survival, Health, Education and Protection.
