DISA Annual General Meeting 22 February, 2022

DISA Zambia Annual General Meeting took place on February 22nd at Southern Sun Ridgeway Hotel.

Chairlady and Treasurer delivered the annual reports. The Executive Committee and all the members of 2021-2022 term achieved successful results.

The election of the new Executive Committee for the year term 2022-2023 took place:

* Chairlady: Dot Mead

* Vice Chair: Kala Iyengar

* Treasurer: Noémi Fülöp

* Secretary: Chana Soko

* Projects Chair: Chau Nguyen

* General Committee members: Joan Cochrane, Lindy Rose, Mila van Niekerk, Rumman Khan

We wish the new committee every success in its endeavours. Looking forward to another productive year ahead!

Supporting Kafwa

DISA Zambia Executive Committee would like to share few photos received from Kafwa Drop-in Center, the project which has been supported by DISA for several years. DISA Zambia sponsored school desks, solar lamps and floor mats for the nursery. Rosemary Mumba (Kafwa founder), the teachers and all the children really appreciate this generous contribution. This project was supported using funds raised during Charity Golf Tournament.
