Nigerian Cooking Class April 2019

Jane Okafor, the chef of our April cooking class, showed us how to make following Nigerian dishes: Beef Stew, Jollof Rice, Steamed Green Amaranth, Fried Plantain and Chin Chin (a sweet fried or baked snack).  Everything tasted delicious!
Thank you Jane for all your hard work and enthusiasm, and co-hostess Anna Caprile for letting us use your kitchen and enjoy a most beautiful lunch setting on your patio. You both made the class such a fun time! And last but not least, thank you all ladies participating. With seven participants we raised K1600 for DISA charities!
