Kala proved an extremely well organized hostess and teacher - with all ingredients already peeled and cut and sliced and grated, and all spices beautifully laid out, it felt like cooking in a professional kitchen!
Although a vegetarian herself, Kala showed us how to prepare Lamb Curry (with the help of a pressure cooker to speed things up), as well as Peas & Potato Curry, Dhal, Carrot &Tomato Salad, Vegetable Pulao and Raita - what an Indian feast!
