Two traditional, world famous Greek dishes -
Moussaka and Yalaktopourenko - were the stars of the day. As were our hostess & chef
Lenia and her sou-chef
Maggy who showed how to prepare them, sharing with us valuable tips handed down by mothers and grandmothers.
Both turned out melt-in-the-mouth delicious! And no wonder - prepared with so much skill and care and (in the case of yalaktopourenko) butter - nothing less could be expected.
Thank you Lenia and Maggy for a most enjoyable class and a delicious lunch, and thank you all ladies participating!
