Mezze Style Cooking Class 5 March, 2020
Maggy Antonopoulou, the chef of our March class, showed us how to prepare Mezze style lunch.

Tiropitakia: Greek cheese pies with filo pastry;
Keftedakia: Greek meat balls;
Feta cheese salad with spinach, crisp bread, sumac and pine nuts (Moroccan);
Pistachio and Feta cheese dip (Persian);
Filo pastry baskets with Asian beef filing (Asian).
